Yeah man it is a hefty price for sure especially if you dont have the RB from the start. Although one thing I would say is that, it is a great investment! I enjoyed shooting instant film even more with the great glass Mamiya offers!
For sure! If I can find just the body in good shape for cheap I’ll be more inclined. The $550 cad plus custom fee is 🥸 How often do you use it on a monthly basis you’ll say? It’s a hefty camera to be lugging around as well
@@denisng7423 you also have to take into account the lens in the price (if not yet considered in the $550) I’d say just whenever i feel like shooting. It’s not like I have a set number of times that I shoot on a monthly basis. But it’s nice to have when the need or itch comes. I’d say it’s more of a luxury if all you want is shoot instant film and don’t mind lugging around such a heavy camera. But for me it’s all worth it as I like the flexibility the camera offers such as doing long exposure, multi exposure and stopping the aperture down at the widest which to me is really otherworldly in an instant film photo. All boils down to what matters to you 😊
Wondering the difference in image quality comparing this binstax vs the mint InstantFlex TL70 Plus. Considering the big cost difference for someone without the mamiya already.
The Mint cameras have a wide range of reviews but not the most glowing reviews. The RB67 is a known hero among cameras and gives you access to a wide variety of lenses and will absolutely go up in value. Easy choice ... 😃
Thanks for the pros and cons. I’m in the boat of struggling to spend $600 for a rb67 plus another $6-700 for the binstax.

Unfortunnately, I wouldn’t know the difference since I do not own a TL70 plus..

@@nazcaplain well said!
why cant you use the regular RB polaroid back its only 50 dollars
Because you can no longer buy the fuji FP-100C which the regular polaroid back the RB uses
