    I love this video. It reminds me of myself. All the attempts and thinking and annoyance

    Epic intro bro! I am 100% a caffeine addict. I used to drink 4 cups per day and I've slowly brought that down to 1. I'm not brave enough of a human to give it up completely 😂

      Thanks Derek! From 4 to 1 is superb progress! No need to cut down from there if you don't feel like it 😉

    mixing beans is the easiest way to get off caffeine..... i thought I was the only genius....lol.
    I've been off and on for years, and I always feel better and more energy, better sleep etc when i am completely off caffeine. for me, it takes around 2 months off caffeine until it is easy and you notice the benefits.

      Same here …I’ve quit sugar , ciggs , alcohol , only water for liquids but the coffee was the hardest by far for me . I’m on decaf , slowly weaning off that now . I’m not pushing it because I’m off caffeine which is a miracle in of itself

  • @Umuliuz
    @Umuliuz 3 месяца назад

    Decaf can have anything from 0,2g to 20g caffeine in a cup. Be careful you are not just fooling yourself.

      Cremalta tilasin tätä. Eka kofeiiniton jossa oli näin hyvät arvostelut mutta ylitti kyllä odotukset silti itsellä.
      Aion tulevaisuudessa testailla muitakin kofeiinittomia kahveja, varmaan redditistä löytyisi monia hyviä. Eri asia sitten myydäänkö niitä suomessa :)

    37 days off of caffeine/coffee drinking Teeccino herbal coffee instead, and the best way I can describe how I feel is how I felt when I was a kid and I could just wake up naturally. I like it

      I slipped back into using during my travels, now I usually do 1 cup per day, 1/3 regular and 2/3 decaf beans. Seems to work ok!

    Cutting it down is definitely good, also quitting if it does not fit for you :) But depending a person it really can be, even good for you. Everything has to be compared differently, weighted with it's plus and cons. We all chase chemicals all our lives, unless you want to go into a full monk mode and live in a cave, devoid of sense of pursuit and happiness. People in a chase of "self improvement" also chase the high of achieving the next goal, for their next dose of what sweet dopamine.
    Some are too strong and make everything else seem not worthy, like heroin and opiates, they make you feel like you are on top of the world, like you figured out that special something and you will want to chase that no matter the cost. Some chemicals are worse, some are better. But moderation and knowing what is good for you is the best. For some of us, caffeine works, for others its a source of anxiety and worse sleeping quality. We are all addicts, but we can choose our addictions.

    I am three weeks caffeine free today . Stopped buying and making decaf at home now …I buy it out only because I’m tired of the tether altogether .
    I have to leave my house to get it . I’m determined to be done with it .I went one day water only , by noon the withdrawal was hitting hard even for decaf . Wow.
