Making of a Hatha Yogi - Part 9: Down to Earth

During the past week, the trainees got in touch with Mother Earth during the "Prithvi Prema Seva" at the Isha Yoga Center. They also went for a walk to a nearby temple and did their hatha yoga practices there. Another day, Sounds of Isha gave an exclusive performance for the trainees, who danced, clapped and sang along!
