You can switch from papaya to any fruits, but if it is a sour or sweet fruit, you adjust lime juice and sugar to keep the same taste. My favorited is Corn spicy salad.
This is sooooo cool to know. I'm used to the orange papaya which has such a strong taste. It makes sense that you can switch to any papaya because the green papaya has a very light Taste!
Look at all those food. The Asian everyday food, are full of herbs and spices and vegetable. No wonder the obesity rate is relatively low compare to the rest of the world.
