Excellent version. This song fits very comfortably in Matt’s vocal range (a bit like when he covered Here With Me) which means he’s able to focus purely on emoting. I expect it sounded even better in person!
Kudos to Lol Creme for recognizing Matt's talent N getting him to join the Legendary Trevor Horn band for this well known Festival all b it under Seven Summers Matt held his own there.Trevor Horn was also impressed with Matt
Matt's been writing songs for album 4 with Aaron Horn, too. But introducing Matt via his own musical accomplishments rather than just some competition winner is a nice touch.

Saw Holly Johnson sing this live and he was pretty weak. Trevor Horn's production made this song - but Matt;s voice live is awesome
