Our brain is so used to a certain story different from what your trying to bring into your physical, I been having a strong mental diet and Ive been feeling so confident for my desires. When you feel “tired” it’s because your brain is literally transforming into your new story and our brain does not like change. Keep Persisting 💓💓

Girrrrrrl, I just tried repition for the first time. I had used subliminals, scripting and visualizations. But I downloaded a "counter app" on my phone and strictly affirmed "my SP misses me" about 700 times in 15 minutes. Holy. Hellllllll. On. Earth. 😅
