If you read the Terms and Conditions for Noisee... "you hereby grant Noisee, to the fullest extent permitted under the law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, transmit, make available, store, modify, exploit, commercialize and otherwise use all your Inputs and Assigned Outputs Outputs for any Noisee-related purpose in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed". So if you upload music to Noisee, you agree to let them commercialize it in any way they see fit. That is BS.
I know AI can created background music and complete songs but is there a way to create your song (complete musical song) with the chords you have written with AI and not have the vocal so you can record the your vocals later? Would be great if the song could also be created as stems so they can import them into your DAW.
This is so cool, I've been trying to figure out how to monetize my passion of making music, I sing and I also love playing with A.I. for backing tracks etc. I wonder though, why make music videos? Does TuneCore require this, and wouldn't you want to upload your assets there instead of just releasing it for free on RUclips if you want to collect royalties?
Great video. TuneCore doesn't allow AI-generated music. It allows AI-assist music, but not if it's all made with AI. So, I've run into issues here. Do you have any thoughts or insights?
@@DigitalRapport depends on how the song sounds I guess, make sure to write your own lyrics. I have gotten music on there that was ai generated but they are great songs that people would listen regardless so just just make great music and see
How do you register your AI artist's Name if humans only can register trademarks? What are your strategies for registering artists' names under your label in this case?🤔
About LLC .. Why would you immediately seek an LLC as a new content creator ? Can you justify it based on your existing returns since you began distributing your content to these distribution channels ? I know an LLC protects you from losing your personal properties and such if you were sued ect .. but wouldn't a DBA be enough to see where things go ?
What he's saying is not that you need to or should establish an LLC, but that after employing all of the ideas and features presented here, the only thing left TO do - to truly establish yourself as a full-on COMPANY, assuming you have such aspirations - would be to incorporate. Only your own goals and situation (and professional advice) can determine the best and most applicable course of action for you.
I must say “this is great content here.” Well done! But I want to know if it’s possible to use same voice or vocal in producing an entire album? I will be in the comment section to hear your response. Thanks
@Steezefinance you can by uploading the audio to suno and extending it, it should give you the same voice. Suno now has stem splitting as well so you can change the voice with kits ai or weights gg
Have u read the legal documents on Suno and Udio you cant just upload AI tracks as your own The Ai company retain the copyrights if your on a paid plan then you can split royalties if you just done it with free then all royalties go to respective AI company Apparently Spotify now have an AI section for people to use AI songs I assume though with the rest of this video you can do much the same with your own music There again is it your own I use software instruments along with real ones i use samples etc isn't it much the same as AI just take a little longer to generate so to speak. any how interesting and informative show.
honestly the legal stuff, I cant get into, this is a new space so there will have be legal precedence for this but suno I think would own rights to anything generated but they do give commercial usage rights
It's not true. At least with udio, also with the free version you can sell the song, just you must mention Udio in the title or in the other clearing visible spaces. Just like YOUR TITLE | Udio. No one have the copyright of AI generated songs. Especially if the lyrics are yours
Not true, this is copies straight from audio’s website: Based on user feedback, we have revised our Terms of Service so that paying subscribers are no longer required to provide attribution to Udio when making public use of tracks generated on the platform
@@KingVega73plus there is also the loophole of making it your own maybe change lyrics, melody, and instruments, and perhaps create an alternate arrangement, and bam it’s your own creation, in terms of uploading as is, you might be staring legal trouble in the face.
Entertune 1's channel no longer has the music videos you showed in this video, possibly because youtube forced it to take them down. "Dance With You Tonight - Entertune - AI Music Video"
This is very helpful video. Thank you brother 🙏

If you upload to RUclips you collect royalities from the upload, they distribute it as a song to RUclips music

Is it just me or is the entire video blurry? I cant see anything.
How do you have almost half a million subs on your channel @Entertune1 and only having sub 100 views per video? Are they bought subs who don't engage?
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
