I did steak tonight in my air fryer and it was tasty and juicy. I still look forward to the day when I live in a place that allows grills. For now my air fryer makes a great steak.

Waddaya mean 'not bad'. These steaks looked great Tom. One more step I'd do is add a little compound butter after you pull 'em off the grill. Thanks.

How does it handle juice/grease? Flare ups. I see no tents or protection from the burner tunes

You must turn the regulator on slowly, due to the safety value will open all the way. Too fast the regulator closes down.
