Streets and trail are very clean compared to places like davao or manila or most any other place in Philippines.

Yes, I ride in Manila as well and Angeles/Clark brings me better peace of mind when riding. Cycling infrastructure is also much better.
Metro Manila is like a warzone for cyclists..
