Hello sir appreciate your work and knowledge about bikes , My question is that ,, my RE classic 350 making noise whenever I slowdown my bike like even in first gear to stop or something means whenever I pull clutch I hear that sound I have complained to RE but they are useless so sir I hope you can help

Not from drain plug but you can remove oil from clutch side if willing to top up new oil. You can also remove from chain adjuster hole once you safely remove it from the case.. If you are ok with new oil then better from regular drain plug way. Which I prefer. Since I don't prefer to reuse oil after draining partially or fully. I prefer always new oil.

I judged that when u did comment. Well u will spill for sure. But if you want to save atleast maximum then remove clutch case. It will drain some amount for sure. Rework on the tensioner and then top up with new oil. Instead of full drain you can save some. Try... Thanks.

Sir recently I have a problem in my 2017 classic 350 that when running on hilly areas the bike not giving enough throttle response like losing the power and at that time chain sound comes from the engine sir what is the reason for this issue ?
My classic 350 (2019) makes connecting sound when we release clutch, as if it has gap. also at the time of holding clutch while riding, to shift gear, same sound comes like "Click". please guide how to identify problem. RE Service center also unable to recognize the sound source.
Sir in my thunderbird 350 under hard acceleration from a stop or while releasing the clutch under heavy load there's a grinding sound with a feel of slippage but it's a harsh noise not smooth like a slipping clutch, could it be from primary case? Never happens after clutch is engaged only when feathering the clutch. Edit: it's a 2018 uce
Hi sir i'm srikanth from Bangalore. Firstly I would like to appreciate your hard work and thank you for making this useful videos for all of us and sorry for asking irrelevant question in this video. Sorry for that. I'm facing unsolvable problem with my RE classic 350. My problem is my Handle I gave my bike for servicing in 3 service centers no one has fixed. My Handel bar is very tight at one side (right side) when in taking right turns it is pulling me and slightly jumping experience. In service center they changed come set, done wheel alignment, wheel adjust. But nothing changed. I went to them 2 to 3 times again to fix my issue but simply they are taking in morning and giving me in the evening I completely fed up with their services. Please help me what I have to do now
Disconnect wiring harness and control cables from headlight dome. Inshort make it empty and check again. If u feel same issue then you have issue with fitment. Possibly cone set is not fitting perfectly...it is fitting in some angle. All the cones has to be parallal to each other.if one of the fix in angle then it will get jam at one point.
If only bearing then i suggest change complete unit. All the three spares in sprag clutch is depending on each other. Let me know in details what you did..so i guide you better way. Thanks
Sir please make a brief video on how to tighten standard 350 brakes as we need to do that often as only drum option is available. Specially front drum brakes. If possible regular maintenance video of brakes will be awesome

Sir what should be the play in this chain tensioner and if too tight will it affect the starting issue of bike
Adequate. Not tight not loose. Over tight can damage bearings.

Even in neutral I get a sort of Kat Kat noise when I rev up. Could this be a chain tensioner problem? I have a Gun Grey model.

EVERY NUT BOLD SCREW OF TENTIONOR IS TOTALLY TIGHT , BUT I AM NOT GETTING THE REASON WHY IT IS LEAKING OIL !

Last month I had changed self start bearing and after two three day's there was some sound coming out from left side engine
If only bearing then i suggest change complete unit. All the three spares in sprag clutch is depending on each other. Let me know in details what you did..so i guide you better way. Thanks
