I have had this projector for about 6 years... I just love it and feel that one doesn’t need to upgrade to 4K...doesn’t matter as the eyes can’t make out the difference... this product is just awesome even by 2020 standards(well human eyes won’t evolve any further in near future...so FullHD is pretty good for 100inch screen from 13 ft distance )
I’ve had this projector for years, and I still love the picture quality in 2022….but I just can’t handle the fan noise anymore….especially during quiet scenes while watching movies, it’s so distracting.
@@anilayrim unfortunately my setup involves adjoining rooms, and dealing with windows/lights, so I usually can only find a satisfactory pic on the brighter modes. This projector does have an amazing picture, but it’s also not 4k, so is there any resale value on these? I would sell mine if possible, I just don’t want to hear any more fans at this point
@@anilayrim guess it all depends on the final amount. I still think this is one of the brightest/clearest projectors for the time. Some 4k projectors might not even look as good as this one, idk? I’d more likely buy it if I had a dedicated room for it, so you don’t always have to blast hit in a high lamp mode like I have to. My settings requires extra brightness, but that activates the fan at a louder level. If you don’t care about fan noise, it’d be hard to find a better picture than this projector

@@BudFuddlacker found an affordable 1100 hours and 5 years used device. Do you think I should buy this device or should I buy a 4K device with HDR?

Moving close to the screen with a camera that cannot focus that close... pointless! You're supposed to zoom in from where the camera can focus.
