"constrainfloorelevation false" then use the leveling tool and level your foundation and then add walls on top of that. when you're done with that, make sure you type in "constrainfloorelevation true" when done

Curtis the set of table you didn't where it was from (5:25-5:40) was from late night expansion pack that was called classy dinning table went with the classy dinning chair.
amixing styles is very nice. I live in an 18's century european castle that is completely renewed in the inside, but still has some old fashioned stuff like the alcoved roofs and most furniture. The kitchen is modern but the living room has lots of wooden decorations that were made 300 years ago.

No you can delete or use a free lot and add it to your town but then you have to pay to live there , to move in. If your downloading his houses you can just add them to your town ! @Mis Umali

if you mean your mirror cant reflect like his, it can be fixed. open the "..." and click on "options", click on the "graphic" symbol on top of it and fix the first slider into "mirrors and super water". hope it can help you and sorry for my bad english

I make a lot of houses too but I find it hard and limiting to layout a floor plan using the wall tool in the beginning because I always end up changing my ideas as I get further into making my house.

Use the cheat 'constrainfloorelevation false' and then attach the walls to the foundations and flatten it out with the leveling tool. Turn the cheat off by replacing false with true.
hey Curtis just a quick question: How do you attach your walls to the foundation because every time I have tried it keeps coming up with covered floor tiles. not allowing me to do.

i built this house a few days ago....... i was watching the video on my ipad and building it on my laptop :) :)...... it kinda turned out like this....... so far im happy with what ive built :)
I hope you changed the size of the Brush? There should be loads of O's and Squares on the GUI what you can click on, and the use the slide bar (slide it to the left) lol ;P
keep them the same lol. i think you mean 45 degrees. that is with the cheat "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true" i don't know if it works for sims 3 though.
Iunno I think they should add a mechanic that makes it possible to have corner stairs, ESPECIALLY when you have stairs that go up to an enterance or patio. Cause I always noticed that you never bother making corner stairs for that backyard patio. But I wouldn't really fault you for that. Still an awesome house. Also I'm still not very sure how you necessarily individually tweak each roof because even though I'm not using auto-roof, it still updates every single roof on the house. Awesome stuf!:3

Love the moveobjects cheat. Done that before in Sims 2, and I'll be doing that again once I restart playing Sims 2 and hopefully Sims 4!!!

Look at the Period (.) and Comma (,) keys on your keyboard. Those two buttons will rotate an object either left or right.
