Try adding some extra garlic, ginger and turmeric into ur diet. In addition heat 4oz water, stir in 1.5 Tbsp honey (manuka is best, but any is fine) and an optional cube of crystallized ginger until dissolved, add 2oz bourbon or whiskey and 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh best) and enjoy. Both does help
