I tried your Halwa puri and tarkari recipie and followed all your steps and everything turned out so good and yummy....bas puri k ata haaat sai nahe bil pa raha tha Thora sticky tha...may be some issue with my measurement...but Halwa and tarkari perfect according to ur recipie ...thanks for sharing ...my husband loved it

Interesting recipes. I'm wondering if oil got missed in potatoes? I make potatoes similarly but add oil and sizzle the spices just for couple of seconds before adding water and potatoes. Poppy seeds, qasoori methi, and course ground sookha dhania also add great flavor. For sooji only weight was given. It would be good to show how much it was in the measuring cup that was used for sugar. Even if not exactly a cup, it would be good for 'andaaza' for those who don't have a scale to weigh ingredients. (A side note: Long nails don't go with kneading dough. No matter how well we think we've washed our hands, long nails have a tendency to retain germs. In a university bio lab a teaching assistant always made girls with long nails look at them under a microscope and there were always germs moving in there 😐)
