You have so much milk stored! Maybe you should pump a bit less and try and get more sleep. This isn’t a judgment of you but I had postpartum anxiety after my second child and think it might be beneficial to speak to your GP about it. We nurses seem to be in the majority of new mums who suffer from it ❤
