Hello, I want to report that there is some kind of a bug in the software of the inverter (sun-5k-SG03LP-EU) and the MI doesn't turn off after the battery reaches the "OFF" percentage setting !!!!! It continues to pump power ttill the battery reaches 100% and then the inverter shuts off its internal MPPTs and starts to export to the grid the excess energy coming from the MI , ignoring the "zero export to CT" setting !!!!!!! I've been talking to support from 2 weaks and there is no resolution to the issue till now !!!!!!!!!! Can you please help ? PLEASE

in my case, it does not listen to the settings.
1. it exports to the grid OVER the allowed limit if MicroInv Input is allowed to export,
2. also MicroInv Input exports to the grid if it is not allowed to export...
3. It also never switches off after reaching full charge, however, this exact one is the minor issue, and I don't care much
any reason of this behavior?
any stable update version when this is fixed?

How is it possible to run home load while it is connected to grid supply line not on smart load.. I think there are some mistake in video.
