1)Jammu& Kashmir ( india) has already International standard IIT, central government run National Institute of Technology at Srinagar, Central University at Srinagar and many universities, Engineering colleges , Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir. Now so many new projects have been started, many already completed. Best quality Railway train, stations completed. Bridges constructed.Roads constructed. Numerous projects so long that , list difficult to make. Lakhs of tourists coming to Jammu & Kashmir and much economic development already happened. Everything done for welfare of kashmiri people who are Indian citizens as Jammu & Kashmir is integral part of India. The mentioned UNO guideline was that, as Pakistan was invader, Pakistani military must quit POK fully and India being non invader to reduce military keeping a part there. Pakistan refused to withdraw force fully. So it couldnot happen as per UNO. Next , India and Pakistan already signed Simla agreement and agreed that it is a problem between two countries and will be solved mutually . In 1965, Pakistan violated Uno guidelines and invaded Kashmir by military . So UNO matter gone . 2) One big reason for which article 370 of indian constitution etc had to be removed is that, for this the kashmiri people could not be given equal right as enjoyed by other citizens and was difficult to take up big development schemes there. Also , the works under the huge fund given by central government couldnot be monitored and audited by the centre for which much misuse and corruption was happening causing deprival of Kashmiri people. The recent surge of development in Kashmir in all respects show that it was a good dicision and worked for well being of kashmiri people although displeased the vested interest people who were eating cream taking scope of the provision and was directly or indirectly promoting violence, terrorism and lawlessness going against peace, progress and improvement of standard of life of kashmiri people.

Azadi is now impossible for Pok . Pakistan _China have huge economic interests in Pok. They would never give up control of Pok. China will defend Pok indirectly via Pakistan army. Neither Pakistan nor China would care for the people of Pok. But Modi is going all out to win the hearts of the people of J&K through employment, tourism development, infrastructure development, business development, education, health care, freedom of religion, expression etc. Hope the people of Pok realize these hard facts sooner than later and opt to willingly merge with India 🇮🇳

With regards to the referendum, the Kashmiris have options either to be part of Pakistan or with India, there is *no option* to be an independent country, even if the referendum happens after fulfilling condition 1 and 2 of Pakistan removing the entire army and India keeping the minimum.
