I did not level up in the lvl 90 area so i can't help much. I found the lvl 75 area to be better since you can spawn soldiers. I killed lvl 45 area bosses for xp after farming sp at lvl 75 area. If you wanted to farm at lvl 90 area, i would use a high damage per shot gun to kill enemies after knockdown

Darkheart and fire staff with full fire armour.
Darkheart for shield and heals, fire staff easy crowd control with good damage.
Super fairy boots can fly when cooldown is reduced by fire armour, making panic escapes easy.
