His death was such a disservice to his character arch. You can't tell me a God over 1000 yrs old a master of illusion and weapons was killed the way he was. They would have been better off killing him off against Hela at least then it would have matched his character arch and growth.
Exactly and that's the reason MCU confirmed he isn't dead in the real timeline as when he would actually be even close to death he'd turn into a frost giant form again. But certainly that didn't happen, it did only he was choked, but when you see Thor moaning over his brother, he was perfectly in his asgardian form. In order to die for real Loki as to be a Jotun again. So the theory is Thanos didn't kill Loki but actually Loki was just under covers and would come back when the multiuniverse madness is over or reaches its peak.
Can anyone even imagine someone else as loki?! It's not possible, it's like Tom Hiddleston was born to play loki. Most characters CAN be replaced but this guy..... I can't even express how much I think he is fit for this role!
