Man i played HighSchool football in Cleveland Ohio, we had this dude who came to our school from Miami Central. Now i know why he was like that....😂😂
I don't think IMG players gel as well as "normal" teams do. Could be that they are being treated like pro players before they actually make it that far.

@@marcvslicinivscrassvs7536 that’s what it is. IMG is an all star roster of dudes who are already in college in their minds. Versus a team consisting of kids who have been playing together or against each other since peewee. Who grew up watching Miami Central games on fridays, seeing kids play well and go off to college and than the pros.
Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. Just because your jersey says IMG doesn't mean squat. You still have to go out and play.
When you get the chance, listen to Central’s coach speech afterwards. He said something to the effect that IMG choose to play football while his kids have to play football. He also said they (IMG) been preparing since that Monday for the game while his kids been preparing their whole lives (since 7u).
Both teams definitely worked hard but one just worked harder

IMG recruits the country. Central recruits the County of Miami. I am not that surprised that they beat IMG. The 305 has always produced the most NFL players in the last 20 years. Look it up.
The state of Florida as a whole produces the most, Miami was good in the 80s

Have you seen who always winning State for that last two decades and who won the National Titles as well in The West and Booker T including St. Thomas who have some Miami players. It's either Booker T, Northwestern, Miami Central or Carol City winning State. That's why The Powers That Be change the distract and playoff format so teams in Dade County can cancel themselves out destroying each other in the playoffs so they can give teams in Central and North Florida a chance at winning State this year

IMG doesn’t play for a state championship. They are a college ready school. Img job is to get high school players adjusted to college life. They recruit on a national level not to win states, but to win National championships. They would prefer to play a national schedule. It is just that they are in the best state for high school football. 🤷🏾♂️

I was at Hollywood Hills in a playoff game with MC in the Orange Bowl back in the day. Their star RB was Elvis Peacock but we still won (and the state). Nice win over IMG.
Why is this a shock, Miami-Dade county breeds football players, I guarantee you every great college football team,, Ohio State, Alabama, Clemson, ect. Has Miami-Dade county kids.

Because we’ve seen south Florida teams ranked in the MP top 25 and still lose to National powerhouses like St Jon Bosco or IMG. Trenches always decided who’d win those games. Central was able to make it a game for 4 quarters. IMG didn’t prepare to play 4. Their guards got handled in the 3rd and 4th.

I'm not sure man. Miami Central has been a powerhouse team in Miami for many years. They definitely have ballers and outstanding coaching. I'll give you that in comparison to IMG, it's not much. But it's all relative. Compared to almost any team not named IMG, Miami Central is solid.

My son played 2 years at IMG beyond getting to be a better player that he could have done in 305, he wasted his time. IMG is all hype. Varsity white coaches are more interested in bodies than they are of players . Pass
I say it every year, IMG has great facilities for training but their coaches are average when it comes to in game coaching. Their offensive play calling is always basic as well.
This was not the national team. Two Varsity teams Blue White. They underestimated Central
