'In the library' so much better than 'whats in my bag'
'What's in my bag' at least shows us what's in the bag ☝️
@Angela Dan and we never saw them in their bookshelves
True! 👍🏼
I would like to see more of that!
@Angela Dan 😃
Agree
Gosh the way she talks about books and especially how her eyes sparkle when she’s expressing her emotions towards literature is beyond fascinating
You are not very difficult to fascinate
@@LSa-rk7zb Agree 😂😂😂But it’s good in a way.
L. Sa you are very fun at parties arent ya
L. Sa I was about to write that comment lol... beyond fascinating
@@LovelyDay11 I'm so fed up with these silver spoon girls, you have to understand French to get how annoying they are, Miss Casiraghi did study in France for two or three years which is the equivalent of a PhD in Monaco
Hi, French minor here. Just want to say the translation is so well done. The accuracy is incredible, it really matched everything she’s saying. Shout out to whoever did it.
Her voice is so soothing to listen to. Didn't realise it was so deep! Great book recommendations - especially Rilke.
Books and reading are one of my life's greatest pleasures. It is so nice to listen to a young and beautiful woman express her love for them as well.
She’s so beautiful like her Mother! What elegant lady she’s is now! ❤️
Like her mother and grand mother full of grace 🥰👍🏼
Full of Grace! Well said
She really is stunning. She’s down to earth and sophisticated.
I could listen to her talk all day.
I,too.
such a beautiful and honest concept for a video and not scripted or coached like many others "what's in my..."
I had the pleasure to meet Charlotte in Café de Flore a few years ago. She hasn't changed a bit :) and always preferred to talk in French rather than English. Charlotte was very nice, it was my birthday and we enjoyed some coffee's. I was a tourist in Paris that just went for my birthday. Unforgettable moments whenever your are!
Why would she want to speak English? French is her mothertongue.
She looks just like her mom ❤️
Yes, a lot of people said that but also looks like her father Stefano Casiraghi, the nose and the beauty spots put a picture of the three of them together and you’ll see.
@@Svetlana-says-it-as-it-is. Indeed !
@@Svetlana-says-it-as-it-is. her fathers jaw line
At first glance, but the eyes.......the eyes are her father eyes....if I only look at her eyes is like looking at her father.....xx
Much etter than her mother! She has that glow, that wisdom, passion, elegance …… a very unique beautiful woman!
Trés belle voix légerement grave..Cela surprend ..Mais continuez car cela va me permettre de renouveler mes lectures. Merci beaucoup Madame.
She expresses her thoughts with a unique perspective, depth and passion for learning that is stunning in one so young and beautiful, having grown up in such a rarified environment. I have a sense that her mother must have encouraged her mind to set off on the marvelous journey of self-understanding in the exploration of the classic thoughts and musings of brilliant minds. She has the wisdom, bearing, elegance and beauty of a true princess. I wish her a life of joy, peace and true love.
So wonderfully said by you!
Eloquently stated.
She is 34 years old. She reads books, many people do. She was unable to articulate anything particularly interesting about the books that she mentioned, which is fine. It's ok to read just for enjoyment. But it does not make her unique, stunning, wise or even elegant.
@@lala-ct9ir You come across as quite envious of Charlotte. Others feel the precise opposite to your denigrating view of her. The people I know that enjoy tearing down another after they've been praised and complimented are narcissists.
@@AvecPoesie It's a Chanel ad and it seems they got your number.
I can relate to this SO MUCH. Sometimes I felt that I was not that much of a reader because I am a not organized, and I tend to read 2 or 3 books at a time. Is good to see someone is like me and is considered a well read person.
I'm a one man band on youtube. Hope you can enjoy one of my songs.
My ultimate girl crush since I was in college! I'm 33 now and I still adore this woman. 😍😍😍
Ren Sol her mother was mine!
Same here girl! She was my style icon from middle school all through college.
Same😊
Ironically her mother, Princess Caroline, was my girl crush when I was a teenager! Still is actually.
I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much!
Me too!
Thank you, I totally relate to your approach to literature. makes me feel more comfortable to hear that I'm not the only one!
Wow her voice ! She is beautiful !
Yes, Rilke! I so appreciate how she allows herself to be rich, beautiful and also highly cultured. The. modern world and its decry of "privilege" seems unable to accept that sort of combo. Also, we should rescue the love of knowledge ad sensitivity as something valuable in human beings, something necessary for the good life.
Who wouldn't allow themselves to be rich? What does that even mean?
@@econ2206 I mean not be afraid to develop and show her intelligence and interests as a beautiful and rich person. Certain people would want to put her in a box or criticize her “privilege”.
@@mariaoliviahumphreys4667 There are many who decry and judge the rich while they, themselves, secretly wish to have more. Charlotte Casiraghi has class and intelligence. She was born privileged and wears it well, unlike some people who are not
She has such an elegant cultured voice.....
Beautiful, intelligent just like her mom and grandma..💐🤗💖
Thank you Chanel, I think you have just redefined the role of a brand ambassador and spokesperson. Fashion is never about clothes, but a dialect and an intellect, something that Charlotte knows and articulates so well.
So well said! Thank you.
I love how poignantly you put that!
"Fashion is never about clothes, but a dialect and an intellect,"
Fashion is about fashion. Naturally an intellect is there - someone's ideas behind the cloth and organization of any or no pattern, but what's being communicated is not always known.
J'adore her voice. So low, so deep.
Exceptional. Such passion for great literature. She’s obviously had some great influences. Her mother. Karl maybe. I must look up some of those authors.
Magnifique jeune femme.
nobody expect behind that face that strong voice she is Magnifique
omg she has my same taste in books, Duras book I love it and Baudelaire
This is class !!! Wonderful concept and VERY inspirational 👏👏👏
She is so elegant 🌹
je m'attendais pas à cette voix...
more of these videos please!! Loved it!
Magnifique. J'adore Rilke aussi. Continuez, s.v.p. Merci beaucoup.
Watching this interview is like reading a good book
Beautiful voice, face, hair, everything 😍
That deep voice
Fantastic thank you!!
She is fantastic, so beautiful and intelligent
she chose excellent books! Rilke especially is amazing...
finally a video thats not 20 seconds lol merci
Yes certainly going into a bookstore is better than a clothing or chocolate store. I spend hours there. There is always something new discover for the mind must always expand.
Merci Charlotte et Chanel.
CHANEL Beautiful video.🥀👏👏👏🌬️🌈🕊️
“Deception” she says and it is translated as “essence of disappointment”: that does not depict the spirit of her meaning, better leave the original word, it is the same in English! And the metaphor would be precise....there is beauty in the meticulousness
i love this woman
What a beautiful voice 😍
Mon show préféré ❤
I too love Rilke❤️
She's the mirror image of her mother.
Lovely. Now I'm smitten!
This girl is on a completely other level
C'est vraiment un esprit brillant
Mamma mia 😲 È uguale e identica a sua madre,bellissima 💚🇮🇪
Une mélodie 🥰🥰🥰🥰 #charlottecasiraghi #CHANEL #laclasse #love #gotchaitalialovesit #gotchaitalia
the good summer book is a long romantic and beach days but also winter story
My library is organized.
Merci, superbe
This series is dangerous! 😀
Muy interesante. Podría traducir lo subtitulado al español.Gracias
Exquisite.
Thank you!

06:15 me toooo
The real IT Girl
Okay...I totally love this chick. She's my soul sister lol. I've had a girl crush on her since I was in high school when I was 16.
Me too!!!
mais cette voix !!!!
Here's a thing about the French language that I just cannot get over:
Poisson - Fish
Poison - Poison
I'm onto you French people! Keeping my eyes on you!
I won an AMERICAN POETRY AWARD...the poem is in the US LIBRARY OF CONGRESS...(A VOYAGE TO REMEMBER is the title of that collection of poems with mine in it)
I thus am a proud American poet...with a German passport..applying soon for dual citizenship...
She looks so much like her Mom...
belle
nice
Es mi marca predilecta..
Que voz!! Jajajaja
How about the Bible, Princess Beautiful?✌️😇
Chanel ♥️♥️♥️🇧🇷
Her voice absolutely clashes with her looks...she has a sweet beautiful face and the voice of a very angry woman...but that's the french sound
nationalisation total!!!🚩
Never expected her voice would sound like that. She looks so feminine, then this deep voice comes out, almost masucline & I had to do a double take.. seemed so disconnected to the visual.
A book of many Things.
♥️
Coco
Wow I wasn’t expecting her to sound like that. This is my first time hearing her speak.
same
Transvestigation
She sounds and looks a bit like she has transitioned. Eeery. But she seems very intelligent, down to earth & sympa
Wow she sounds like a huskier version of her mother...
I didn't expect either she speaks like that!!! :-D
Books mentioned:
- Lettres à un Jeune Poète, Rainer Maria Rilke
- Les Fleurs du Mal, Charles Baudelaire
- L’Amant, Marguerite Duras
- Saturne, Sarah Chiche
- Éloge du Risque, Anne Dufourmantelle
- Essais, Montaigne
- Poèmes, Emily Dickinson
thankssss
Thank you!
She’s so grown up! We’re about the same age. I remember seeing her in magazines thinking how beautiful she was. I had never heard her speak. Not only is she beautiful, but very intelligent as well.
Omg we kinda said the same thing! Shes amazing!
Privileged but with much tragedy in her life and the lives of many of those closest to her. Each time I thought she oversimplified, she immediately qualified what she’d said to acknowledge complexities - though surely she was expected to be as concise as possible. Agree w/ others - this concept so much better than “what’s in my bag,” and is good for the brand she’s representing (Chanel). Pleasant surprise. When I see her face in adverts now on I’ll notice the ad even more and maybe linger. Intelligence is appealing.
The way how she expresses her passion into the books. It is unique and special. I agree with her about poetry . Sometimes it doesn't help you in real world.
Unique!? Please come to paris dear!!
Poetry is meant to refine and raise your vibration. That's how it helps you in the real world
@@LDMillionaire for sure....
Everything that is written has its public . We all need to learn from other people's experiences... poetry is also experience and feelings that come to the poet in a different way of setting the wording ...apart from the knowledge it shows has the beauty of sounding good.
But it has as much or more ( condensed ) meaning that any other form of literature.
I didn't appreciate anything she said because coukdnt even listen to it all. Her eyes roling , her mouth going funny and no really envolvment with the camera ... she was talking to the space...
Wow elle a une grosse voix! She has such a deep voice, I wasn't expecting that...
My first thoughts exactly...
Nina Lempicka Still smokes?
Exactly! Me neither. It's a deep husky voice I didnt associated with her.
Same here... not expected
It's her voice deep because she's a heavy smoker, like some say here? I didnt know
Before the so called influencers were even born this girl was my idol. The real influential person in fashion for me. Such class, effortless style... And OMG, she looks more and more like her mother. I adore her and her style is #goals
Me too! I incorporated her style into mine.
As a result, now as a grown up, people describe me as “classy” (my style. Not my manners sadly 😅) and “french-like”
Charlotte Casiraghi is the real MVP
Why do people think every woman should sound like a squeak barbie? Females have a large vocal range.
