VN Visiting Thiên Cung Cave (in Hạ Long Bay)

Thiên Cung Cave is one of the most famous and beautiful caves in Hạ Long Bay. The name "Thiên Cung" means "Heavenly Place", which comes from its structure and beauty. The cave was discovered quite late. In 1993, in a big storm, fishermen came here to avoid the storm and accidentally discovered the cave. The cave has been formed over thousands of years, and contains richly-ornamented stalactites and stalagmites.
