Bought it today. For anyone who has problems downloading it with Heavyocity Portal... specifically if you are nearing the end of the download and then it starts slowing down and seems "stuck" (I had this happen to me twice... first time I stopped and started the download all over again) hit "Pause" and then continue and it will get it going again.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for writing in. Keeping with the same power and aggression of Damage 2, we recorded an all-new set of drums here at Heavyocity Studios and housed them in the Damage 2 engine (you do not need to own Damage 2 in order to use the Drum Kit, however). With 120 individual drum articulations, 288 loops, and 60 presets, the Damage Drum Kit is a great addition to the original Damage 2 product. There is no shared content between the products.
Damage 2 is a massive collection of Orchestral, hybrid, and aggressive percussion. The Damage Drum Kit solely focuses on the Drum Set. Hope this helps!

Is this playable with 3rd party midi (Toontrack)
Hi, thanks for writing in. If Toontrack can output midi to a midi track, you can route it to Kontakt from there and the Kit Designer should play back fine. Hope this helps!
