I knew of Memphis May Fire but never listened to them(I will now just fyi). Well when you search Matty Mullins on RUclips this was the first thing that popped up. I was expecting brutal vocals and feel like I could throw a table through a wall. It was pretty close but for a completely different reason. I was expecting a worship moment and such a beautifully written song. Modern worship songs have become more “me” minded and quite simple but Nails perfectly shows the absolute love our God has for us. Thank you Matty for this. I actually sent it to our music director at church and she loved it!
People are gonna judge because you sing in a rock band. I say what a great way to spread the name and love of Jesus to a fan base who some may have never experienced the love our heavily father has for them.
