Energy Audit- yes! One of your best videos. It definitely should go viral. Everyone needs to do this. I’m rewatching and starting now. Thank you my dear. Namaste 🙏🏻
Lately I’ve been paying attention on how to protect my energy because there’s a lot of energy drainers out there. Sometimes we don’t understand why we feel overwhelmed and literally is all about protecting our energy ✨💙 sending Love 💕
My favorite video you have ever put out. We have more power to creat the life we want than we realize. What is draining us and what is feeding our energy. Powerful!
Thanks for the beautiful video and your thoughts. I know I waste my energy trying to make a connection with people who do not listen or care, those kinds of relationships are a huge drain on the psyche, I love your crystal, the waves and sunsets, they remind me of how nourishing nature is.
Thank you so so much Patricia for making this video because I really really needed this video so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you have a beautiful day💫💖🤗
I always love your videos and find your filming very peaceful, but i was very put off by the dead bird- it was very distracting and didn't feel inkeeping with the usual style of your videos. Of course you can do whatever you want, i just thought I'd share my feelings on that because i usually love your videos and find them helpful and relaxing- that part was quite jarring. ❤
@@patriciamycyk I've go to say that I agree with Ella Hopkinson. That's true, what you've just said Patricia but I thought the message of this video was to surround yourself with uplifting, joyful energy (as opposed to the dead bird sad energy) And yes, I do know only too well that death is a part of (big) part of life but not when I'm supposedly watching inspiring video xx
I actually really liked the dead bird, both artistically and metaphorically. 🐦⬛ I found it intriguing and thought provoking. It's increasingly my favorite shot of the video. Sunsets are pretty, but they aren't going to motivate me to do anything. A reminder that death could be around the corner will get me off my a$$ though. And some things need to die to convert that energy to something else. The bird isn't devoid of energy - it's giving energy to the insects and bacteria and scavengers. Even if energy isn't pretty, it can still be purposeful.
"What you feed grows, What you starve dies" my life motto.
That's a great motto! ♥️
Don't we have to balance?
What a great Motto. Never heard of... Maybe it stays with me

I capture nature. In nature things die.
