The Process of Making Land Title Certificate at My Hometown, Kampong Speu Province

A Certificate of Land Title need following documentations and flow:
1. Bring old original land title to meet the chief of village. Village Chief will make a new documentations based on the old land title.
2. Bring all documentations from village chief to commune office for signature and stamp.
3. Prepare your own documents (Color Full copies of ID Card, Birth Certificate, Family Certificates).
4.The Day that Ministry of Land Title Staffs come to our land, show to them. They will give you a small note.
5. Bring all documents above and a note to Land Title office for land registration.
6. Wait for the day to pick up original land title from Provincial land title office.
