The prayer book is called daily prayers : tibetan buddhism. Its called “བོད་བརྒྱུད་ནང་པའི་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་ཕྱོགས་བསྒྲིགས།” in Tibetan. It has a maroon cover as seen in the video and has all the necessary prayers.
