"The Earthing Movie: The Remarkable Science of Grounding" is directed by Sundance Award-Winning filmmakers Josh and Rebecca Tickell (The Big Fix, FUEL, etc). This is a feature-length, documentary based on their viral short film entitled 'Down To Earth,' that reveals the scientific phenomenon of how we can heal our bodies by doing the simplest thing that a person can do…standing barefoot on the earth.

if i do earthing for one second a day, will it be enough to get all the benefits? in your previous video u said that when the body touches the earth, it charges up instantaneously.
True, but man was meant, like animals & plants, to be grounded 24/7. So when we have these EMFs and are not grounded, it effects health. When grounded, it makes us invulnerable to them, is my understanding of this! Also...if one has inflammation of any kind, it will take so many years of grounding to reverse. Earth also has & regulates waves & cycles in the body, like circadian rhythms: sleep/wake cycle, body temperature cycle, cycles in which hormones are secreted, fertility/menstrual cycles, etc...

I have always found myself so joined with the earth. I live for warm weather for planting and gardening. No such thing as an angry gardner.
I totally agree with the benefits, but would really appreciate just promoting the science and leaving out the new age indoctrination. The Creator (YHVH) designed our electromagnetic bodies as well as the earth. How unbelievably amazing!
