That's pretty neat. I don't really have space for a pinball table, so something like this is perfect for me. I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this one.
Looks great maybe a bigger screen to fill out the cabinet a actual pull lever to launch ball even tho it would be for aesthetic purposes . This will be a awesome addition to my seven micro players
A bigger screen that fills the whole width of the Mini Pinball Cabinet would be amazing. But I will definitely check this out when it's available in Europe - as a present for my Wife. She loves Pinball, but she fears the costs as I offered her to build her a large virtual Pinball machine. This little thing might be just right.
Being an older GenX member pinball got me into the arcades before video games were a thing. Once Space Invaders showed up at Mr. & Mrs. Q's. in our home town things changed. I still gravitated towards pinball, but video games were played when my favorite pin was in use. Thankfully, pins started getting more diverse as video games got more popular. The late 70's to the mid 80's was peak arcade nirvana.
When I first saw that in the case in your earlier video, I wasn’t expecting much on this one. But, now, after seeing this, my opinion has been changed. Thanks!
I'm much more likely to get something like this because I have other devices that play retro games really well and the form factor is not an issue. This is something unique and compelling for me.
This and the Gamestation Go are going to find their way into my inventory. I love pinball machines, but my house is just too small to have even the smaller kits you can build. I feel like this may scratch that itch for me!
Again, beautiful display, they did a great job with that. I'm not a pinball fan, but your presentation was great. I'd like to see more of the casino player you mentioned at the end of the video, nice plug.
I appreciate the work you do to get this information out. I enjoy the coverage of old school gaming in New formats! Very exciting. Pinball: I wonder for all pinball machines that the nudge button is sticking out more so you can hit it with either hip! Maybe one on either side of the front panel! Simulating real pinball nudging. Or at least at the tilt in the traditional way. Miniature version of a nudge in the machine ...where if you move the machine it can tilt or help you move the ball with the nudge. Make it so you can turn it off or change sensitivity. The original way may not be possible but some other way. Some internal mechanism instead of a button. Cheers. I think I've watched almost every video! Waiting for that perfect Atari handheld. Looks like they are getting closer!!!
I LOVE IT! Great suggestions in the comments already. To add one more, maybe they could have a slanted dark bezel around the screen, like other virtual pinball makers do, it enhances the visual appeal of the unit without adding much cost. But I'd buy at least one either way, and possibly more to give out as gifts, depending on price of course
Any Actual Atari pinball machines in digital form on that bad boy? The made a handful back in the late 70's.. Airborne Avenger, Space Riders, Middle Earth, Time 2000, The Atarians, Hercules, Superman?
Huge pinball fan here and this looks very promising I hope they can make the screen area a bit bigger and more attractive with the ability to add more games but this seems like a great start. A total surprise that My Arcade is dabbling into this.
Getting some Zen Pinball vibes with this one. Would be nice if it included some of the classic Atari pinball games like Superman (or Hercules in case of licensing issues).
Looks cool, it depends on the quality of the ball physics if it will last though. It needs to be more aimed at testing good players as it will mostly be us that will buy it. Newcomers won't care if they lose the ball quickly... Pinball is a quick blast with a sense of reward for doing better, not a marathon. Thanks again Jon! 👍
I love this! Here, My Arcade's taking risks that will benefit them! Some game ideas (most won't be made) include KISS, Wizard, Defender (yes, there was an actual Defender game) Elton John's Captain Fantastic, Haunted House, Elvira, Rollergames, WWF Royal Rumble, and the Rolling Stones!
The nudge button should be easier to access, maybe placing it so it can be pressed with the left hand thumb mirroring what's done for the Start / Launch button and making it the same size too would be a better design option.
i think that is really great i hope they decide to put this on the market but i would like to see one just a little larger and with the ability to play VPin Files.
My little collection of build it yourself kits and old 70's pinball games is growing. No digital ones yet. When are they thinking of releasing it? Also, I would pay a little more if there was an XL version, maybe 50% bigger? Someone mentioned a screen as wide as the cabinet which would make it longer. That sounds great.
Quite like the look of that, I think the downside might be a lack of new tables to keep it fresh. If you could load your own tables (from Zen and others) it'd be a winner. Bigger screen would have been nice too.
As a Pinball fan myself, this will DEFINITELY be a pickup for me! EDIT: The only caveat I've noticed is the lack of nudge controls. Of course, with this being an early build, I could see that being implemented closer to the actual release of this unit.
Love all the coverage. Could you please try a table other than devils island (which was a DLC for the OG game) or the Atari tables. Those play really different on the PC compared to the three I have seen you try. Love the idea on this product, just hope they spend some more time on it to get it right!
I've got a pinswitch mini with sanwa buttons and light up ball launcher button in an attack from mars themed graphics. With the oled screen and real tables from pinball fx on the switch i dont think ill need this one but its a nice concept for sure.
i love the idea, but fill that space with a bigger display! I imagine they figured it would be nice for a place to rest your thumbs and grip onto that isnt the display, but in a device this small, it should fill it out.
Uhhhhh.... The "Loading..." that I saw when this was just starting up was practically identical to the "Loading..." caption I see when starting up an Arcade1up. Do MyArcade and Arcade1up run similar emulation software?
This feels the most unfinished of all the things you've shown so far. Like they put a cellphone screen inside a cabinet and left it at that. I hope they plan to do something around the screen because right now the screen feels tiny with all that extra space to the left and right
My thought is that maybe they just wanted to show something off at CES but this is still a very early prototype va some of the other things here.@@CoachTabe
You think they'd have some kind of screen on the top that would display the score and stuff like a real pinball machine instead of just this weighing it on top of the table so that's a missed feature.
I saw that the upper panel lit up, but I assume there are no displays in it (that scores and stuff are all on the screen? Does this have wifi for updates (or access to an online store?). How about (micro?) SD slot (I assume no)?
If this is affordable, it's going to be a day 1 buy for me. I have the balls of steel collection, both the 1998 CDROM version and the more recent Steam release with the added Missile Command and Centipede tables. Notable the original release had a Duke Nukem table as well, which is not in this or the Steam release. Still this will definitely be a buy for me, so I can have a physical copy of Centipede Pinball for my collection. Question: Did it seem to have any force feedback features? A little rumble would really improve the the sense of playing actual pinball, and if it's going to already be a whole table you can play on, why not go the extra mile?
Can you move the cabinet to nudge the ball (too much and you tilt, of course)? That would make it worthwhile to have a physical machine. Also, do the flipper buttons feel authentic?
That's pretty neat. I don't really have space for a pinball table, so something like this is perfect for me. I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this one.

The least expensive VPin going … good for them!!
Definitely got my attention 👊🏻🕹️😎
Looks pretty good! Nice to see such a variety from My Arcade.
I like the idea, but the screen seems too small.
Right, that bezel is pretty ridiculous. Otherwise this seems pretty solid.
Looks like they could fit another 1-2" of screen which would greatly enhance the playability.
Indeed a full screen without bezels would be much much better
Same thing I was thinking .
Or make the cabinet smaller if it costs too much for a bigger screen. I HATE HATE HATE large bezels
Thanks Jon for giving this a closer look! I’m super excited for anything pinball related!😊
Great seeing you again at the show!
I have this on Steam, and it's a fun game. I may check this out. Thanks for the coverage!
Any time!
I'm much more likely to get something like this because I have other devices that play retro games really well and the form factor is not an issue. This is something unique and compelling for me.
It's amazing! We need more of these❤
Would like to see the score moved to a display in the back glass / head, rather than top of the play field. Other than that, Im in!
They're talking about trying to do that somehow. Thanks for the suggestion.
@@GenXGrownUpi hope so
Im sold. Take my money!
Put me down for two of these. Looks great.
This is such an awesome device. I can't wait for its release.
Thanks for taking a look at this. It’s super cool! They price it right and I’m in for sure.
I want this! I can’t wait for the finished product. Take my money.
Looks pretty nice! Thanks for posting!

Make the screen cover the whole area, SD memory slot for custom tables and you have a sure hit here.
I really like pinball.
This is gorgeous, this mini pinball would look great even turned off in my living room...
but I will definitely be turning it on often!! 😅
Man I was really hoping the screen was going to be bigger on this cause I love the concept.
I’m buying this!
I appreciate the work you do to get this information out.

Waiting for that perfect Atari handheld.
Looks like they are getting closer!!!
They're not done designing the pinball table, so they know there's room for improvement.
Thanks Jon! Great to get a close up of the pinball. cool.
I’d love this in a larger form factor.
I like the fact they used Balls of Steel, and even added additional tables. However, they are missing the Duke Nukem board! I would still get this.
I've always wanted pinball stuff. I wish it had a real plunger, but this is good enough. Needs an LCD backpanel too
I can't be the only one disappointed this isn't a cabinet version of the old DOS Duke pinball game.
The whole reason I clicked on the video!
😮
This is awesome, thanks for showing!

I will definitely be adding this to my collection!!
Really appreciate what My Arcade is doing with these products and I love the partnership with Atari.
I've got the PC version on Steam and did not know that it had a TATE mode. I'll have to give it a try :-) Keep up the awesome work Jon!
Andrew Tate?
@NELC879 Vertical Orientation
That looks awesome definitely picking one up
The screen looks great
If they can get ALL the classic pinball games, With the original artwork, this would be too awesome to have!
should be easily hacked/modded to add more.
Really cool. I definitely want one.
Atara made a cpl of decent wide bodies that would fill that cab nicely. Superman, alone in this would be worth the price of admission.
Getting some Zen Pinball vibes with this one. Would be nice if it included some of the classic Atari pinball games like Superman (or Hercules in case of licensing issues).
Twice as big, full table screen and option to load pinball fx etc. And I am in!
Sounds like a whole other product.
Heck yeah, that looks great.
I'd definitely be interested depending on the price. I love video pinball (and real pinball) games, so this would fit nicely on my desk!
Looks cool, it depends on the quality of the ball physics if it will last though. It needs to be more aimed at testing good players as it will mostly be us that will buy it. Thank you Jon :)
I’m not the biggest pinball fan but this does look cool
I love pinball, that's excellent
Instant buy for me! Take my money!
Does it save hi scores?
Not sure yet.
Thanks Jon.
Gimme! Gimme! Take my money!! 🤑
The nudge button should be easier to access, maybe placing it so it can be pressed with the left hand thumb mirroring what's done for the Start / Launch button and making it the same size too would be a better design option.
Agreed and already suggested. 😀
i think that is really great i hope they decide to put this on the market but i would like to see one just a little larger and with the ability to play VPin Files.
Look cool. Im guessing the screen is the size of whatever previous gen phone screens they could get in bulk?
Many thanks. ❤
This looks awesome. I hope George does a solid review on this, no offense Jon.
Needs at minimum a digital score display on the back glass. They could probably improve the look of the machine also.
Yep, looks pretty good. Screen size to width is a little odd. Hopefully they make that look a bit better with some artwork maybe.
Jon! Working hard!!! I like this but like others said, the screen is notably too small. Thanks so much for doing this!!
Quite like the look of that, I think the downside might be a lack of new tables to keep it fresh. If you could load your own tables (from Zen and others) it'd be a winner. Bigger screen would have been nice too.
In an ideal world it would have HDMI in and bluetooth for the controls.
I looked at steam and they have these tables. Is there HDMI output on this like game station go? Will it be portrait mode??
I'd like to get one. I'd be hoping you can add more games.
As a Pinball fan myself, this will DEFINITELY be a pickup for me!
EDIT: The only caveat I've noticed is the lack of nudge controls. Of course, with this being an early build, I could see that being implemented closer to the actual release of this unit.
Very tempting
Jon i love your style, i think u can feature your hats and T shirst some.....
Haha! Thanks.😁
can you shake the cab, tilt?

Uhhhhh.... The "Loading..." that I saw when this was just starting up was practically identical to the "Loading..." caption I see when starting up an Arcade1up. Do MyArcade and Arcade1up run similar emulation software?
No, they're not affiliated. That's the Balls of Steel loading screen.
I wonder what the retail price will be for that! I'd buy it!

@@bland9876 I agree and hope it's just a very basic POC rather than final.
I also prefer the product to be made out of plastic instead of wood
A little bigger was perfect.
so ... if you tilt the table does the ball follow suit?!!?
No motion control.
@@GenXGrownUp i figured ... not a real ball! So .. be careful, add video game to the search as the first results on google appear to be porn!
This! This I want!
I saw that the upper panel lit up, but I assume there are no displays in it (that scores and stuff are all on the screen?
Does this have wifi for updates (or access to an online store?). How about (micro?) SD slot (I assume no)?
When can we expect these available for sale?
I am interested to see the final product and price ..very interested to see what it becomes.
Any news regarding the Asteroids Joystick Player?

No accelerometers. Has a "nudge" button.
How about those megacades?? Love to see that.
This is great, but tomorrow can you do a vertical video for Balls of Steel so we can see it better 😂
Def nabbing this! They should include some vertical arcade titles.
