Lastly this server is ideal for testing purposes or to host a small scale website and by small scale I mean websites with a traffic of no more than 1000.

Electricity and maintenance materials...so don't blame anyone don't blame the platform and rather be thankful that it is made for free for minimal usage...

So I advise that if u don't plan to use this hosting for business purposes then it's totally fine but if u plan on making it a blog and attract visitors then it's better to choose a paid hosting as they ensure security and privacy.
