Great video! Following your instructions, I was able to fix jamming issue on my 8 year old HP 400 (M401DN) printer! I used a trimmed address label for the little paper, and also added a small dab of silicone lubricant on the label and plastic gears. Printer works great and is also much quieter now! Whole process took roughly 30 minutes. Thanks again! :)

Thank you so much, this trick works for me. I had the same issue: one page stuck under cartridge, and another page stuck half way from optional tray 3. By mounting the same tray 3 to my another printer, the same issue reproduced, so it is definitely from tray 3.

Any normal paper you can use but you have to care of paper depth
