The Drop have been around a long while now but the incredible quality of the band never falters. Saw them live Monday night in Warsaw Poland. They were truly amazing! That night, long term fans and newbies became one and the same. A must to see them live.
@@fatfreddysdrop A great night and the setting was a piece of the old Poland that saw thousands of people united in appreciation and love for the band that worked so hard. The DJ warm up set was excellent aswell and played a lot of Funk and Jazz rap. The whole event was superb and the band were truly taken by the appreciation of a fabulous Polish audience. Was proud to be part of that crowd that night and if people haven't seen them live before, you really must.
As a very fussy listener, I appreciate exceptional music and performances. The Drop have been included on my list for some 5 years now. Curiously I had heard their music previously but didn't know who they were.
my favourite band, simple amazing what they can do. When I die I want to hear you live all the way through. I can't wait till they come back to Amsterdam been holding tickets since 2019!
Yesterdays last concert of the european tour in Hamburg under perfect party conditions (just in time the rain stops, cooling the hot city down and the sun comes out again) was more than GREAT!!!! Peaceful and happy people around, dancing together, everybody with a firendly smile, - let's party and live together!!!! Bring more music like this into this crazy world anf there will be hope! Thanks for this wonderfull evening you gave to us! Can't wait to see you again!
You know, I'm quite sad the comments on "coffee black" alone are closed because I can't post all the good I think of it directly on it. The sexiest song to roam the earth right now, definitely. This sense of groove, tension, and release is unique. But then you listen to the rest of the live, and you get why. Never thought it'd be possible to be this good, seeing you live must be such a treat. Thank you.
FFD is life. Only seen them once in London at O2 arena November 9, 2018, and it was a dream come true!!!!Would love to see them again. I live in the States unfortunately and will travel for you my loves. Please play in Greece! Then I can die.
This is a crazy brilliant production that I keep coming back to. It's like drugs, lifting you to higher spirits. All boxes ticked, music, performance, recording, camera work, just everything. The cameraman/ people have captured so well the passion all of the guys have for this, the amount to which they love the music they are making and the love & respect they have for each other. Los sigo desde su primer disco en estudio del 2005, en aquellos años cuando escuchaba mucho ska, dub y reggae, luego descubrí sus discos anteriores en vivo y confirmé que es una graaan banda (una de mis favoritas) con gran talento, frescura y calidad, mucho jammin', mucho feelin', mucha buena vibra y con este tipo de sesiones nos damos cuenta de que han madurado tanto y su música sigue evolucionando. Larga vida a estos muchachos. Sólo espero que vengan a México pronto. ¡¡Big tunes para todos!!

First, thanks for the 2nd "lock down offering". Not sure which I like better as this one is still growing on me. Second, the way that the timing of the filming was done from afternoon to evening was perfect. I especially love around the 50th min that you see "smoke" from your mouths due to the temp drop. I am sure playing instruments and singing became a bit tougher at that point but you really came thru and it was a lot of fun. Will be back many, many times. Much love and see you soon
