    Thank you for this video. I did't know about the little tool to let the gear down. I have it, but didn't realize what it was for. Your video saved the day!

    I love your videos! Perhaps you can answer a question for me. If I was to purchase Pro Stitcher for my Baby Lock Coronet, then decided in a few years to upgrade to an different Baby Lock machine, would I be able to get a new carriage/wiring for the upgraded machine or would I have to re-purchase Prostitcher?

      Glad you like our videos Linda! A different machine would require a new Pro-Stitcher. The carriage is a different size for different machines (a bigger machine needs a longer carriage) so the Pro Stitcher carriage is also bigger - it is a different product. There are also other differences between machines in the wiring, connections and electronics. In the UK there is a very good market for preloved Pro-Stitchers so you would be able to sell it either with the machine, or separately to someone with the same model if you decide to upgrade.

      @@PinholeQuilting VERY helpful! Thank you! I'm also considering QBot, which seems to be more portable between machines

    Do you have a video showing how to disassemble for moving? I am purchasing a pre-loved Avante, with Pro-Stitcher, on the original Studio frame. I have watched assembly videos, but am not sure how far to take things apart. I want to take enough of it all apart to move the machine, Pro-Stitcher and the frame safely, but do not want to un-assemble something that would have better been left assembled.

      We don't have a videoshowing the disassembly process. Your best option is to get in touch with your local Handi Quilter dealer. It would be wise to get the machine serviced by them and they should also be able to help with your enquiry. Good luck! It's a great machine.

    Will this work on a Baby Lock Crown Jewell?

      I believe so, but you should check with your dealer. In the UK we don't have the BabyLock Crown Jewel so I can't say for sure, but my understanding is that it is made by Handi Quilter so probably shares the same systems.

    How can I get a copy of your templates?

    • @PinholeQuilting
      @PinholeQuilting  3 года назад

      We supply them to our customers who have purchased the Pro-Stitcher in the UK and Europe. We don't sell them separately. We make them ourselves inhouse using mount board. You could work out your own template using the carriage and front rail as a guide which may help you get a straight line. HQ explain how to put the track down without templates in their manual.
