In this entire conversation everything is correct.
Na opinion 10lakhs ela gaina 1small cap mf lo invest chesi 10 years varuku wait cheste 25% return in small cap mf normally. Manaku after 10 years that amount will be 1crore.nenu na friends ki cheppina vallu mindset change avvadamledu. Simple calculation. Swp will get 1 lakh per month with 1cr life long money. Revanth sir miru comment cheyandi please thank you

The problem here is calculation. Never Calculate with 25% CAGR. You might see returns these days. But industry standard is 18% for small cap.
And SWP withdrawal should be more than 6-8% of the fund. Once SWP is activated funds should be shifted from Agressive to modarate or conservative which generates 12-15%

Swp 12% withdrawl is too much, it should not be more than 6% which is 50k monthly for 1cr and your assumption of 25% cagr is not possible unless you invest when smallcaps are down by 30% which means you need to time the market
