You should add lamb dynamic lights. It just makes torches light up stuff when you’re holding them and not just when they’re placed. It’s subtle but just makes it feel better
Adore the style of putting yourself into the minecraft world via green screen, really makes it feel like this video is coming to me straight from someone in the world of minecraft
Your VR videos of Minecraft are absolutely so great. Really like your these kind of videos :D . It is so relaxing and calming to watch. You should really deserve like a millions of subscribers.
this is honestly insane! I didn't think you could improve it much after the last video but you somehow proved me wrong 😂😂 I'm subbing and can't wait to see the letsplay!
You're videos are really cool and enjoyable! The editing is perfect, music is perfect and also the format and type of video is perfect! i really hope you reach 100k subscribers by the end of the year, all the best!!
This is an awesome channel! The pack you created is perfect for VR and actually makes someone like me, who thinks Minecraft vr on its own isn’t polished enough to play (like Skyrim/fallout vr) into a triple A title that I will be trying out. Also, what are your computer specs? I want to run shaders on this lol
seeing these videos genuinely make me wanna buy a vr headset, add all the mods featured + some content adding mods nice work, excited to see what comes next!
To play this u need a really powerful pc, I have 16gb ram, and Ryzen 7 5800 and Rtx 2080 which can run almost every vr game perfectly with high quality but on Minecraft vr with shaders I got 15 fps (caused by low ram or something)
@@lavablock1637 i got a 2060 super and i5 10400f and can’t even run minecraft vr with no shaders or mods. But I can run other games fine like half life alyx
Glad to hear it! Out of curiosity what performance mods did you install? Currently working on pt3 of this video and I've installed some performance mods! What sorta FPS do you get?
I think the shaders probably eat a big chunk of that. I wonder if that advice etho gave of Complementary shaders - shadows for better perfomance with decent looks actually works. It's not quite as photoreal-ish, but its still plent pretty.
Oh yeah 100% the shader pack is the issue I'd get very playable frames if I didn't have it on but damn do the shaders look amazing 😂 I'll try turning off the shadows and see what happens to FPS
@@RyanClifford I'm curious how you are using fabric on vivecraft? It says on their website it can only use forge, I would love to know how you did this
i also wanna just add another mod - i recommend the "make bubbles pop" mod. It changes the way bubble work and they actually dont pop until they reach the surface, its a very minor detail but it's really cool!
i have a few suggestions for mods: MCMTFabricCE ( makes it so minecraft runs on multiple threads of ur cpu instead of 1 , it may impact ur cpu temperature and work load slightly but gives great fps increese ) distant horizons ( renders further chunks with less details ( up to 200+ render distance ) so u can see very far without huge performance impact mod menu ( easier configuration) cull less leaves ( makes it so only certain amount of faces of leaf blocks are rendered when u look at trees , by default 2 ) ferrite core ( less memory usage) starlight( more efficient lightning system , meaning more fps) Lamda dynamic lights ( makes it so when u hold a torch or tnt/creeper lights up it actually gives off light in game) continuity( connected textures , making blocks connect less harshly ) [ requires indium mod] not enough animations ( gives more animations , eating , reading maps, riding a horse , boat etc ) better biome blend( i think it speaks for itself)
Thank you for this, even tho I don’t have a vr headset, minecraft is one of the first games I plan on playing, other than bonelab. And I was searching for something like this.
When I looked at your channel, I thought it said 1.8 Million subscribers. To me that made sense, you have amazing editing. But when I realised you have under 2 thousand, it blew me away with how high-quality your editing is!
bro, i swear if i had a good pc i'd install all of these mods, is impressive how much you can change in MC with just a few mods, also i loved this vid! *+1 subscriber*
Hey, I really enjoyed this video, your content is really interesting as a VR enthousiast, but I personally think it would be nicer if you added sections to your video timeline. break it up with sections like "intro", "outro", and all the mods in seperate sections, it makes it easier to see what mod you're talking about if you missed in the video itself, and it's convenient to the viewer
in the next part add dynamic trees so instead of needing to look up to cut you just need to cut the lowest block of the tree and have a series to where you play with the mods i think it would be epic to watch
You should consider adding the simple voice chat mod, simply for the fact that you can turn on a setting that adds echo from your own voice. If you remove the little mic icon it’s top notch immersion!
You should add a mod that allows torches and glow stone and other similar items to emit light when you’re holding it. That could add to the immersion as well.
I would recommend a mod called "'distant horizon'" this mod allow you to see infinite far, the terrain in VR is really breath-taking. Also epic fight mod will make the combat more realistic, becasue this mod gave a attacking animation for mobs, the hit box is actually matching with the model.
Regarding Immersive Portals, the dev mentioned there is only one version combination that works with Iris (no idea about Vivecraft): Immersive Portals 2.2.5 and Iris 1.4.0
The mods I'll recommend are not exactly to add even more to the immersion but to make the experience quite a bit better to explore within VR - BetterEnd - BetterNether - Deeper&Darker - YUNG's Better Strongholds - YUNG's Better Mineshafts

During the let's play I'd recommend playing with some friends as well, and add the simple voice chat mod. It would also add some immersion since you can talk to each other through the game, and it even works with sound physics remastered

Dynamic trees!!!
i have a few suggestions for mods:
MCMTFabricCE ( makes it so minecraft runs on multiple threads of ur cpu instead of 1 , it may impact ur cpu temperature and work load slightly but gives great fps increese )
distant horizons ( renders further chunks with less details ( up to 200+ render distance ) so u can see very far without huge performance impact
mod menu ( easier configuration)
cull less leaves ( makes it so only certain amount of faces of leaf blocks are rendered when u look at trees , by default 2 )
ferrite core ( less memory usage)
starlight( more efficient lightning system , meaning more fps)
Lamda dynamic lights ( makes it so when u hold a torch or tnt/creeper lights up it actually gives off light in game)
continuity( connected textures , making blocks connect less harshly ) [ requires indium mod]
not enough animations ( gives more animations , eating , reading maps, riding a horse , boat etc )
better biome blend( i think it speaks for itself)
Have you tried these with Minecraft VR? Do they work correctly?

Fresh animations is a resource pack for it to work on fabric you need Entity Texture Features and Entity Model Features (mods)
This is a great video, but I have one question: will all these mods work on quest craft (Minecraft on the oculus quest 2)
you should do a 100 days, it be really cool to see it in such realism
