The mystery is now over now that you reveal the amazing interior designer of M/I homes. As usual, the floor plan is nice and quite similar to their Richmond model. The reason why I love their design team is that they know how to play with wild colors. My favorite part of their design is the green accent wall in the formal dining room. I rarely see green accent or green theme homes. The last one I remember is Millstone by Pulte Homes. Nice tour again Amy! 👍

Nice house! The face on the wall in one of the bedrooms is a mural. I think the one in the hallway is as well. I just took down a mural in my house that I loved but was tired of it. Put up a new one and hate it! A big expensive mistake because they are not cheap. You didn't put price ranges on this house did you? I'll have to go back and look. Great video as usual.

Well, the starting price in this community is $360k... so by the time you add the bonus room and SOME upgrades, you would be in the mid-400s. Add the pool and the super fancy upgrades and I'm sure you could get WELL into the $500s.
