OMG!!!!!! THANK YOU!!! It din't work exactly the same, but when I entered the search it brought up folders of the software (Amplitube4) that I didn't know existed and I figured were preventing a fresh install of the software; triggering a RunTime Error (Unkown Constant @). Sure enough all I had to do was delete the folders and PRESTO my installer is working! Thanks Again!!!!

the steps in this video are not fixing the following 4 different install errors in windows 10
1)Runtime Error (at 180:321);

Click ok to terminate the application.
Click cancel to debug the application.
3)how to fix unable to create a temporary file. setup aborted.
Error 123:the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.
4)Runtime error 216 at 00419321
5)installed Malwarebytes antimalware and when i ran it give the error "unable to connect the service"
if sfc/scannow and chkdsk can't fix them.

I try to install windows 10 or 7 OS with iso bootable pen drive in clean neat Seagate internal hard disk after formatting it but it takes really very long time to finish up that too with crashes and slow process how do i solve it..its literally eating up valuable time and hours waiting to install but fails in the end...even system image recovery fails.
