I found myself catastrophizing and stressing about the future. "What if this [insert awful prediction] happens…". Thank goodness I came across mindfulness meditation and acceptance commitment therapy. It helped me focus on the present and accepting my thoughts as just thoughts rather than worrying about the future. This song has become my mantra for staying in the present. I quote it to myself on a regular basis to help myself stay grounded. Thank you for creating such beautiful music.
