Thanks so much. I don't understand why it's so difficult for the people that make the manual to explain something as important as this process in a clear way. This cash register has been one of the hardest one to Program and operate ever. The manual should include a link to this video lol
You should give a demonstration on how to program the header and footer on the receipt. The directions in the manual are useless. I had to call tech support and they were great, and I got them fast, but still would be great to watch it step by step.
Hey question, is there a way to take in credit card reports on the receipts? Following your guide doing everything we are just accepting cash but is it possible to cycle through for example cash, credit and debit on the receipts themselves?
Hi. After programming the date and the time, it now give me E5 error whenever I try to enter a transaction. It was working fine before I set the time and date. I tried doing the program for the PL again but it doesn't let me do the transaction after. Please help.
Ours ran out of paper. Changed the paper and it still says paper out. Won't open, won't function. It worked for 6 years before this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks sir!

For some reason if it gets turned off you have to reprogram it , I will look into it for you if you can permanently program it

Try this , replace the paper then click the yellow button then try to open the register.

If you want to force it to open on the bottom of the register on the back there is a white buttons slide it to the side it will open it
