That´s not yet a problem for the Russians, but if they cannot accelerate their advances arount Kurachove and into and beyond Velyka-Nowosilka soon, they might get caught in a forever war until NATO can finally outproduce them.

They do have the resources. But they don't have the manpower or equipment. Remember Russia only had a partial mobilisation, they have no war economy and haven't declared war. It's similar to korea, the US could have won if they commited to mass mobilisation and full war economy. But they didn't. Things are going well for Russia and a declaration of war would seriously damage the economy.
