man you absolutely HAVE react to Cap'n Jazz for your next emo reaction. Their only full length album "Shmap'n Shmazz" from 1995 is an absolute classic, and they were pretty much all still teenagers when they made it. On Spotify it'd be the first 12 tracks to on the compilation "Analphabetapolothology" After they broke up, every member went on to make great music. The drummer Mike Kinsella does guitar/vocals for American Football, and his brother Tim (vocalist for Cap'n Jazz) went on to form Joan of Arc ❤ Never seen any reactions for that record here on youtube either, so you'd be breaking new ground 😂
Your reaction to Head in the Ceiling Fan is how everyone felt when they first heard it lol. Please do Brave Little Abacus - Just Got Back From the Discomfort - We’re Alright🙏🏾
you should def do brave little abacus theyre just such a great emo band, it doenst sound much like this like different type of emo but still an AMAZING album
Watching this faded as hell while being a massive fan of title fight is pretty cool, feels like you’re showing a homie some band u just found out about, and they actually like it (Rare)
Considering you liked the chiller/shoegazier tracks, i would listen to these next albums Whirr - Feels Like You Turnover - Peripheral Vision (heavy heavy on this one) Amazing album, amazing band. Your reaction to Ceiling Fan is the best. Here are some more recs Cap’n Jazz - Analphabetapothology Circa Surive - Juturna Glassjaw - Worship and Tribute Title Fight - Shed (more straight up punk, but still really fucking good)
Title Fight was my favorite band throughout high school. Graduated in ‘15 and still listen to them to this day! My only wish was to see them live… But who knows, maybe we’ll see a reunion show one of these days 🎸🤘🏽😎💥
FKing loved your reaction to Head in the Ceiling Fan, that song is a goddamn masterpiece, was watching you melt in the couch and laughed how hard the feeling hits me as well!
I would definitely love to see some more emo on here. Diary by Sunny Day Real Estate, Cap'n Jazz, Nothing Feels Good by The Promise Ring, Never Hungover Again or S/T by Joyce Manor, Algernon Cadwallader, Braid. Some punk and hardcore stuff would be welcome too. Great video!
You should react to some emo revival stuff like "Your gonna miss it all" by Modern Baseball or any of their records, or "Best Buds" by mom jeans. Love your content man and I'm happy to see u reviewing one of my favourite records/bands
Their final album hyperview is a lot more shoegaze. They started off as just kids and as they grow older and more mature their sound heads towards that direction with each album. Title Fights discography is an experience
i think youd really appreciate hyperview!! its a lot more shoegazey wit less hardcore vocals but still AMAZING vocals. also lets be enemies by everyone asked about you is 90's emo so its pretty different from anything after 2000 but a lot of songs on it are really good, even if some arent my favorite. baby by born without bones is also really good :))
Great reaction, one of my all time favorite albums. You should seriously consider reacting to Hyperview, their next album. I could tell you enjoyed the slower shoegazier moments of this record especially so you would love Hyperview by them as well.
also listen to hyperview if you like those shoegazey songs. there are two vocalists! ned is on bass and primarily the one screaming, jamie is the lead guitarist and does more of the somber sounding vocals
Demanding more title fight!!! While definitely not their most popular, their latest album Hyperview definitely has more of the chill, shoegaze stuff that you loved of of this album. It would be a very cool listen
Hell yeah title fight is pretty dope. I had a lot of friends In high school that were OBSSESED with title fight This some Tony hawk music for sure PLEASE do “by the time I get to phoenix” by Injury Reserve. Absolutely the coolest first listen and 10th listen I’ve ever had
you gotta listen to Two Star & The Dream Police by mk.gee . One of the best of the year so far, and given ur taste and the music u make i think it’s be right up ur alley
Some other great albums similar to this one: Balance & Composure - Separation Basement - ColourMeInKindness Superheaven - Jar Fiddlehead - Between the Richness Also some 90's stuff that Title Fight was influenced by: Jawbreaker's entire discography but mainly 24 Hour Revenge Therapy Hum - You'd Prefer An Astronaut Pegboy - Strong Reaction
If you dig this then definitely check out the album ‘Jar’ by Superheaven !! Also requesting ‘Proper’ by Into It. Over It. as well as ‘What You Don’t See’ by The Story So Far Keep it up 🤙
If you like the gothic side of New Wave and synth pop, you have to listen to Kas Product's TRY OUT. They were probably influnced by Siouxsie and the banshees, Joy division, Suicide and other artists from that era
So glad to see you reacting to my fav album of all time. If you prefer the shoegazey aspect, check out Hypernight by titlefight. You may also like Light we Made by balance and composure!
definitely listen to their other records both are amazing. hyperview is a little less gritty, more shoegaze influenced and shed is a little more pop-punk and midwest emo!
Haven't watched the video fully yet but I hope you give Shed a listen too! I prefer it over this album by a bit. Especially the second half. Anyway, I also hope you want to finish the Sweet Trip run and react to their last album, it's really good.
You should check out Preacher’s Daughter by Ethel Cain when you get a chance, it has an insane story and it’s really ethereal. I think you would really enjoy it man. She also sampled Head in the Ceiling Fan on an earlier project!
watching you react to these albums for the first time is taking me back to when i first heard them! class videos thank you very much!! give SHED a listen too!
u been on a roll black parade + floral green holy shittttt. u gotta check out starflyer 59's "silver" its one of the best shoegaze albums ive ever listened to, another one is "eyedazzler" by alisons halo
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS MY GUY a few recommendations: Process - Sampha (experimental r&b, great production) Nurture - Porter Robinson (light summer electric with fun production) Koi No Yokan - Deftones (very heavy, sexier and heavier radiohead imo) Hypochondriac - Brakence (very experimental emo rap, glitch pop) Reading Writing And Arithmetic - The Sundays (the smiths ish, with beautiful female vocals)
Shed is probably title fights best work, hyperview has some pretty good songs too and has a more ethereal dreamy sound to it but they didn’t make a ton of music before the disbanded unfortunately
Another great video :) Btw, I think you'll really like Darklife by death's dynamic shroud. It's sorta similar to I'll Try Living Like This, but more accessible and maybe even more enjoyable, although it's a tough call. Also, I think you'd really enjoy the newest slowdive album.
I think you should listen to Somewhere City by Origami Angel, they make one of the catchiest emo songs I've ever heard their sound is so "all over the place" that you begin to love it. Maybe I described it terribly, but it would truly be great if you'd listen to it.
keep the Pennsylvania train rolling! you should check out this local band from Lancaster; Growing Pains by The Scouts. my buddy who knows the band put me on and it will forever carry with me as I get older
I would really appreciate if you reacted to both Atrocity Exhibition by Danny Brown, and The Raven That Refused to Sing by Steven Wilson. Both great projects, one is my favorite album of all time, and the other me and my dad share a love for. They do not have similar sounds at all, I just like them both
More emo pleeeeaaase!!!
I vote for Diary by Sunny Day Real Estate

Never seen any reactions for that record here on youtube either, so you'd be breaking new ground 😂
