Im using 4pc shim on her. My shim pieces are just cracked compared to her bis set. Shes also c2, which helps when running 4pc shim set and its buff. What c2 does with shim set is that i get 10s instead of 5s since her c2 applies the blood dept market instantly uppon casting E and i can do it at any given time, plus her CD is very kinda short (when you're constantly attacking) and you can refresh it by using burst. If anyone has c2, please test it yourself, the abyss was never eieser to me.

For C2 Crimson witch is the best aside from BIS. You get so much pyro damage its insane. If you have your setup already. You can E > CA Q and her burst gets her CD down so you can skill again and get 2 stacks off the CW set and more Pyro damage. Works amazing with a quick swap team with Mona, Xingqiu or even Furina & Kazuha. CW is truly the more slept on set

@@TKizaru TLDR, just put good crit ratio stats on her and you can clear content with her so it doesn’t really matter to the point I’m gonna lose my account if I don’t min max the set bonus or the weapon (as long as the build makes sense). I have a 64-165 triple Hp Zhongli on Pale flame but I also have a 50 284 ayaka on blizzard. What I’m saying with the Zhongli thing is you can increase damage with hp or atk just depending on how you want to split/invest into the kit at a whole. For example if you don’t have her weapon but you don’t care that much about her dmg due to artifact quality (35cd required per piece the for small dick energy folk out there), you can run an attack goblet because you actually want the resistance but in her case, the investment negative isnt as big of a trade as it it for Zhongli but still and option for investing in dmg.
No, echoes buff does not apply to every normal attack, he just got lucky. And shimenawa is useless most of the time unles you have her at c2 because you have to wait 5 seconds after using her elemental skill to get bond of life
Not the best her signature would still be better but definitely very close, personally since I have a godlike shimenawa set (all pieces 45+ rv with atk% :D, except my sands that's only 36cv v:) I'ma save for her rerun to get c2

It's about that, that she needs new new weekly boss materials and the boss just came out with her so it's impossible to get it to 9/9/9, which indicates that this is probably a private server for DMG testing

dmg-wise it's almost as strong as the BoL set while it lasts, but it has poor uptime (only lasts for 10s after using skill and, due to her A1 passive, you generally want to use her skill at the start, go into other characters and then back to Arle for charged attack and normal attacks and 5-7s already pass until that point - at minimum, you always want to wait at least 5s after using skill before using her charged attack, unless you are fighting a bunch of trash mobs who can activate A1 upon being defeated). It can be better if you get her C2 because you can then do the other characters' skills/bursts before her skill (C2 basically immediately applies A1 on skill use with some extra dmg and RES to Arle).

@@tastyfood2020 depending on who you want to build, it’s all very nuanced ! The upcoming characters like Clorinde are most likely going to benefit off of the new set as well, and the other popular sets to use like shimenawa’s, emblem, glad, etc are in strong box so if you want any of those sets for other characters, they’re available in a different way! Deepwoods/gilded and Hunter’s/golden troupe aren’t in strong box, so those are the only two domains I’d peek at and see if you might want to build characters that use those sets anytime soon
