Hey Kevin! Just made a batch of these bad boys using your recipe and I have to say, it's soooo good! Only adjustment I made was to lower the temperature of my oven and bake them for longer time after 40 min so that they became extra crispy but not burnt. I almost ate them all while making and checking on the chips lol.
Thanks so much for the amazing recipe! ;)

First, I LOVE it that you kept the skins on. So many people don't realize how many nutrients are in the skins of sweet potatoes & regular potatoes. Now for a tip; when baking sweet potato chips, a very cool additive is cinnamon. Sprinkle some cinnamon with a touch of kosher or sea salt over the chips before putting them in the oven. Sweet potatoes ... cinnamon - they just make love together. A few more things you can use to bake chips are blue potatoes, daikon radishes, turnips & even parsnips. Great video though & your technique is perfect. :-)

Banana chips are quite popular in southern part of India. They are actually deep fried and made with raw banana. The problem with making banana chips in the oven is it takes too long to make them especially to get that crisp texture. May be Kevin can help in this.
