I like how he explained almost everything about arms up, aside from the main feature of it. You know, the reason why it gives you a slight force upwards..... To make the car upright when it's upside down in midair.
@@Hi_Im_Sandals I think he meant as you were talking about it... It wasn't until later that you added the additional comment. Good lessons to be had and definitely welcome to someone new to the game. As someone who has been playing it for awhile already, I am still a long way from mastering any of it. I enjoyed the format.
Lol being I'm just starting there was some great info. I think this turned out great. I'm not sure how well it would work out but maybe try showing them beginner lines and then advanced lines on short tracks
I would always recommend to start by checking out Ultimate Billy's maps. There are a lot of great builders but his maps are usually beginner friendly. Outside of that Cornshot, Codewalt, Richyyyy maps are fantastic and generally not difficult but might be slightly tougher than Billy. Super useful tips for new players! I remember driving around with arms up all the time for the first couple days before Owl told me better XD
When I started it took me like a week to figure out that smoking the tires was a bad thing!
The editing on this video turned out really nice !
Thanks, Im generally hesitant to do jump cuts thinking people want to see my lines but most of this video wasnt me playing anyways lol

Nice to see how one of the top players is happy to help newcomers
Just wishing I could play the game
Right now there is a giveaway for a copy of Zeepkist on the CTR discord if you need a copy go check that out.
This was a really nice way of basically doing a tutorial without doing a tutorial!
Exactly my plan lol
hope to see more of both of them in game :) great vid!
This is such a good how-to video for new players. Yannic should link to this in-game as a tutorial.

Time to get them back in the hot seat now that they've had time to adjust. Would love to hear your more advanced tips on getting those insane times.
You couldn't have better timing. They're back for tomorrows video (although still far from advanced lol)

You're welcome. That's one I've always noticed beginners struggle with so wanted to see how they would handle it.
@@Hi_Im_Sandals yeah, I think because its so unnatural. My thinking was that I get a litte speedboost because of the gravity.
I love this idea :D
I who has already beat the main campaign: Finally! a video for me!
Is it bad that I actually learned a couple things here? 🤣 Thanks for the video!

Do you have a playlist of some good beginner maps? There were a few here I hadn't seen before.

Am I the only one who uses d-pad on controller for Zeepkist?
You might just be the only person who does that lol
@@Hi_Im_Sandals I guess it's time to make the switch.
