    Lol I had the same opinion of having only the pickled stuff and rice noodles separately, but after a while you get used to the flavor and the tofu adds a nice variety.

    You have to soak and cook the bean curds in the soup so they're soften up.

      Ramen noodles are coming along with some Korean, Japanese, Malaysian and Filipino noodles!

    oh man your not asian is one factor that you will never like bean curd.

      i'm not asian and i would never skip the yuba lol. i leave out the peanuts though because otherwise everything just smells/tastes like peanut to me. and i add vinegar and chili oil to taste instead of pouring it all in at the beginning
