Hey everyone if you want to make a giant cheesecake here's the recipe:
Crust:
120 graham crackers
7 sticks (3 1/2 cups) melted butter
10 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp salt
For the batter:
320 oz (20 lbs) cream cheese
5 cups heavy cream
10 cups sour cream
3 cups flour
1 pinch kosher salt
3 1/3 tbsp vanilla exract
40 large eggs
4 lemons (zest)
Strawberry glaze:
5 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup strawberry/cranberry juice
1 cup strawberry/cranberry juice
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp corn syrup
5-10 lbs strawberries (i do not know how many he put lol)
