Funny thing is that hitler did in fact have terrible gas from his vegetarian diet and the medications that made him constipated.
In true fact, a vegan diet would have made the problem a lot less stinky. Putrid animal products create a terrible odor in the intestines.

Many film documentaries also discuss his medical conditions such as this one (see "High Hitler" for one on RUclips) Also confirmed in soviet intelligence files after the war.
