Very informative. I am having difficulties during negotiations as I am new to it. But this will help. I am having 2.5 yrs of experience and currently i am having 18 lpa offer, but while negotiating no other company giving me more than that

she is soo clever. from the client they will charged doubled the ctc package they are offering.
How much client will pay for us?
service based companies charge per hour from client as there clients are from US. Europe, UK, MiddleEast. Let suppose in above video. the service based companies charged from client 300-400 USD per day (8 to 9 hours) bill rate/pay rate. Now assume you work 22 days in months. it comes out to be 6600-8800 usd per month. which comes out to be in Rs 5.5 lacs to 7.3 lacs per month. Yes i write it correctly per month

she's too clever bro.. you must have said that 26 lpa is in pipeline and that too fixed. if you can give 26 fix, then it's OK.. over that whatever is your variable, accept it.
and always ask the budget range from any HR whenever these conditions come. any company hiring for any role, will have some range like between 24-28 lpa. so you shud always ask the range first.
in that case, you'll get 2 options. either the correct range or the HR will say it's open. Open means you can ask anything more than 30 also. and if they tell a range like 24-28 lpa, then always go for upper 2nd half limit, like 26-28 lpa is your range.
and if they ask be ready for negotiations, then tell them this is my negotiable range only. it will depend on your interview, whether you shud go for 28 or 26 lpa.
if your interview goes very well tell them 28, otherwise 26 is your lower limit.. below this you can't go. Good Luck! And don't forget to reply, which company did you joined and at what offer.??
