A question here: about the second ring quadrant calculation u mentioned in the second last part of the video, are the outest four coners the only quadrants in which structures can generate? What about the two quadrant-sized area in between of each side of the second nether ring, are structures able to be generated within? Hope i made the question clear XD

quadrants are infinite so if calculated correctly you can find the structures

you can go to the closest quadrants that the portal has spawned on, the coordinates are the same for every world
