Yes no problem for Mac book Max output power is 65w only
Valid concern for battery health. I personally use a free App Al Dente (ruclips.net/video/KGaFU13N5C8/видео.html) and keep my laptop's battery static at 50% while on clamshell mode.

Heads up for macbook M1 chip users:
Issue: You wont get HiDpi at 1920*1080 res. Which means you wont get actual HD quality. HiDpi is only available for below 1024*768 res which makes every text/icon mammoth sized.
Surprisingly it worked fine on my older MBP 2019 with an intel chip. I will have to return this product.
@Author, Can you also test it on any M1 chip MBA if possible ?

How did you connect both monitors?
with the DisplayPort cable - insert one end of the cable in DisplayPort Out of P2422HE and the other end in the DisplayPort In of the other monitor. This is called daisy chaining.

How about colour accuracy for this monitor?
Good, I have brought this yesterday, By default you will find eveything with a little bit of yellowish tint. But selecting movie or cool from the preset menu will help you to get rid of that yellowish tint. (Movie preset is best). Lacks little bit of details in the highlighted parts. Overall you can play with the saturation level/ contrast to get more accuracy. But as it is 99%srgb so u will not get 100% color accuracy. If u r hardcore graphics designer then will suggest you to go with the U series. Though i have not used that, but i have heard that it's more color accurate and have higher dynamic range. Though price is also high.

Yo. This is thing is a pile of shit. So much text, in browsers, applications, word documents come out terribly. Some letters are bold and different sizes, different shapes, it's a total mess. I was able to get the characters looking right when I was on 250% zoom, but that's not workable. My work sent me these, I would be so pissed if I had spent my money on this. I've tried various settings, resolutions, zooms, and it all looks bad.
Is the designation "Professional" mean that this quality is to be expected? It constantly gives me a headache, it's distracting, as far as I'm concerned it is defective and completely unusable.
